Welcome to Little Lumiverse — the Westie corner of the internet. These terms cover how you use our website and buy the little things in our shop. By using littlelumiverse.com or placing an order, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as plain as we can; if anything’s unclear, email hello@littlelumiverse.com.
Who we are
Little Lumiverse is a small brand based in Tallinn, Estonia, operating littlelumiverse.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Little Lumiverse, and “you” means you, the visitor or customer.
Using our website
You’re welcome to browse, read and enjoy the site. In return, please don’t misuse it — no attempting to break, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, no scraping it for commercial use, and no using our content in ways these terms don’t allow.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we can’t promise the site will always be online, error-free, or exactly as shown. We may change, pause or remove parts of it at any time.
Our content
Everything here — the words, photos, illustrations, the Little Lumiverse name and logo, and yes, the pictures of Lumi — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by copyright and other rights. You’re welcome to enjoy and share links to it, but please don’t copy, resell or reuse our content commercially without our permission.
If you send us content (like a photo of your own little one through the contact form), you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to use it in connection with responding to you and, where you’ve agreed, sharing it. Please only send content you have the right to share.
Orders and products
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send an email confirming we’ve received it — but a contract only forms once we confirm the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or we can’t deliver to your address), and if we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid.
We try to show our products, colours and details as accurately as possible, but small variations can happen — screens differ, and some items are made in small batches. Products marked “coming soon” or “notify me” aren’t yet available to buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We don’t store your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the related order.
Subscriptions
“Snail Mail from the Lumiverse” and any other subscription products renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we won’t charge you again after that. We’ll give you notice of any change to the subscription price before it applies.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
How and where we ship, delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Your right to cancel or return an order, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, is also explained there. Please read that page — it forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We’ll always do our best by you, but to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for issues outside our reasonable control (such as postal delays or events beyond us). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can’t legally be excluded.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to places we don’t control — social platforms, partners and so on. We’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so do check their terms when you visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and any dispute can be brought before the courts of your home country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order or use the site, so please check back now and then. We’ll update the “last updated” date whenever we make changes.
